Tea ware for the way you prepare tea

bestcasts is an independent online retailer of tea kettles, teapots, cups, mugs, infusers, storage vessels and tea-table accessories. The catalog brings together pieces for heating water, steeping, serving and keeping tea. We sell the items described in each listing; a styled tea table in a photograph may include props or pieces that are not part of that purchase.

Read the vessel details before choosing

Start with the brewing task: check whether a listing is a kettle, a pot for steeping, a cup, an infuser or a serving accessory. Then compare its purchase unit, stated capacity, material notes, dimensions, care guidance and exact included pieces. A glass infuser and a porcelain mug can call for different handling. Measurements marked Approximate or Estimated are guidance rather than measured specifications. Ask us before purchase if heat resistance, dishwasher use, compatibility or a set component is not stated.

Ordering and help

Orders are priced in USD. Free Standard shipping applies to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. The Shipping Policy explains the estimated timing and tracking process; the Refund Policy explains what to do if a delicate item arrives broken, a piece is missing or you want to return an eligible unused item. Our FAQ answers common selection and order questions.

Our role

We are the retailer responsible for the order, customer support and our stated return process. We do not claim to manufacture every item or to be endorsed by another brand. Please use the listing and contact us for product-specific questions rather than assuming an unlisted certification or performance feature.
