Before buying tea ware, tell us the listing name and what you need to confirm: capacity, the pieces in a set, material notes or care limits. For an existing order, include its number and a short description. If a glass or ceramic piece arrived damaged, preserve the packaging when practical and describe the problem; photographs can help our review but do not replace applicable rights.
